What We Grow

Twisted Root Organic Farm offers over 250 varieties of diversified vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit and also raises a small flock of hens.  Focused on bringing consistency and quality to the table, we work to extend the availability of popular salad greens and vegetables (some of which are produced nearly year-round) using our movable hoophouses and successional plantings.  

 

We have two acres planted in certified organic Grosso Lavender, a French variety which produces beautiful bundles and buds with high oil content.  Please inquire with Kristin if you are interested in purchasing fresh or dried lavender, essential oils or hydrosols directly from the farm.

All of our crops are grown using organic, non-GMO seed, OMRI-listed soil amendments, and ecologically sustainable farming practices.  We have maintained our USDA Organic Certification through the Colorado Department of Agriculture since July 2015.  Please contact the farm for wholesale pricing and availability.
